Our Mission
Salary information has historically been opaque and hard to access. Employers typically know what the market pays — but workers often don't. We believe that gap in information leads directly to a gap in pay.
Income Gap Report exists to give workers access to the same market data that employers use, so they can negotiate from a position of knowledge rather than guesswork.
How the Tool Works
You enter your job title, location, years of experience, and current salary. We compare your inputs to aggregated compensation benchmarks for your role, experience level, and market. The result is a personalized income gap — the difference between what you earn and what the market pays.
We also calculate the financial impact of that gap over time, and provide ranked recommendations for the most effective ways to close it — whether through negotiation, supplemental income, or better financial management.
